Specifications:

Adopt high quality ceramic anilox cylinder to transfer the ink.
Unwinding is controlled by magnetic powder brake and rewinding is controlled by magnetic power clutch.
Unwinding adopts auto tension controller.
Each printing unit adopts 360° degree adjustment, it can independently gear and loosen, so other printing units can continue do printing.
Each printing unit equips with IR dryer
Equipped with web guide for tracking.
This machine with one die-cutting station, which makes printing and die-cutting can be finished in one process.
The ink rollers will be separated from the printing rollers, and keep running when the machine stops.
The main machine inverter is imported.
It equipped with 3” air expanding shaft on unwinding/rewinding section.
All the rollers are deal with thermal treated.
The machine can finish material-feeding, printing, varnishing, drying, laminating, rewinding and die-cutting in a lump. It is an ideal machine for printing note and top-grade adhesive label.
